The Opportunity

Our Rebuilds department has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join the team in the position of Service Co-ordinator. Based in Forrestdale, you will be responsible for the planning and organisation of EH5000 Haul trucks ensuring all paperwork is processed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Updating the project schedule to ensure desired build times are achieved
  • Raise and track purchase orders
  • Developing and maintaining all documentation for each build
  • Tracking and managing costs related to individual builds
  • Coordinating subcontractors and reviewing supplier performance
  • Completing warranty claims and FIR submissions
  • As the ideal candidate you will have:
  • Previous experience in a workshop, scheduling or project coordination role
  • Ability to interpret and relay specific customer requirement to suppliers
  • Exposure to warranty claim control systems
  • Contractor control and supply chain understanding
  • Exposure to Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft excel, word, project & power point
