The Opportunity
With strong growth in our Rebuilds divisions, our Perth branch is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join the Internal Parts Sales team. In this role, you’ll enjoy promoting and generating parts and service sales streams with the intention of exceeding set sales targets and striving for growth.
Reporting to the Rebuilds Co-ordinator your day to day duties will also include!
- Sourcing parts as required and distribution of parts to customers by preferred method.
- Liaise with freight companies to follow up freight shortages and process claims for damaged or missing freight.
- Oversee the successful delivery of parts supply to Customers, so as to meet critical deadlines.
- Processing orders in a timely manner to ensure customer delivery dates are met.
About You
- You will have some relevant experience in a parts environment preferably in earthmoving or associated industries
- Confident, courteous and professional communication and presentation skills
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- A keen attention to detail and a high level of organisational skills
