The Opportunity
Hitachi Emerald has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and reliable Storeperson to join our Parts team.
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll play an important hands-on role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Parts department and ensuring quality parts get where they need to go, when they need to be there.
You’ll be part of a busy team where no two days are exactly the same. From receiving and dispatching parts to keeping stock organised and completing inventory checks, you’ll help keep our warehouse running safely and efficiently.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing quality parts and warehousing support to our internal and external customers
- Receiving, checking and receipting incoming deliveries
- Picking, packing and preparing parts for dispatch
- Coordinating stock and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Completing cyclic stock counts and general inventory management
- Maintaining inbound and outbound documentation
- Supporting the Parts team with day-to-day warehouse and logistical requirements
- Keeping the warehouse organised, clean and safe
