The Opportunity
HCA is seeking a Field Service Fitter or Heavy Diesel Mechanic for our Sydney Branch. You’ll provide diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services to customers in the Sydney, NSW and surrounding regions. This role is perfect for someone focused on quality service, proactive problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service outcomes.
About You – We want to hear from you if you possess the following qualities:

- Creative Problem Solver: Creative problem solver, improving efficiency, minimizing rework.
- Qualifications: Minimum Certificate III in Mobile Plant Mechanics or equivalent.
- Experience & Skillset: Experienced diesel mechanics, OEM, excavator diagnostics expertise are a plus.
- Customer Focus: Customer-focused, effective planning, quality outcomes.
