The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our successful, busy, and growing Brisbane CBD team as a CRM Administrator.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the implementation, development and ongoing maintenance/management of our internal Salesforce CRM system to ensure the design and functionality meet the requirements of the company, its Users and department budgets and KPI’s.

Your role responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:

  •  Manage activation/deactivation of user, setup of sharing settings, roles, profiles and groups.
  •  Perform administration of Salesforce, including basic configuration, creation of custom objects and fields, modifying record types, page layouts and related lists.
  •  Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows according to user requirements.
  •  Assist with the migration of data from external sources as required.
  •  Develop and implement a strategy to promote the adoption of Salesforce across the business and encourage best practice.
  •  Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and impact to the existing system.
  •  Continuously review the instance and make recommendations on improving existing business processes
  •  Develop training materials and provide training and support to users.

About you – to be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  •  Validated strong knowledge of the Salesforce system (Sales Cloud as a minimum) and hands-on experience as a system administrator, including system audits and upgrades.
  •  Proven capability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into project scope.
  •  Experience in troubleshooting and resolving support tickets.
  •  Meticulous about deadlines, demonstrating the ability to coordinate others toward the accomplishment of goals
  •  Demonstrated ability to undertake project management responsibilities of projects, ensuring projects are governed appropriately, and are completed on time, within budget and to the desired quality
  •  An understanding of conventional contract and business terminology is required to draft contract clauses.
