The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Branch Administrator to join our team in Toowoomba on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Branch Coordinator, this role plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the branch. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure processes run smoothly, contributing to overall efficiency and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Process purchase orders and vendor invoices
  • Process Service Department work orders
  • Coordinate timesheet processing and provide payroll support
  • Maintain branch records and documentation
  • Compile information required for internal and external audits
  • Manage office facility bookings and coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Perform branch reception duties, including answering and directing calls
  • Provide general administrative support across the branch

About You

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role
  • High attention to detail and strong level of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, including Word and Excel
  • The ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
  • Experience with work order processing (advantageous)
  • Exposure to fleet coordination and/or payroll support (advantageous)
