The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Administration to lead the administration function at our Forestdale Branch. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth, compliant, and efficient operation of the branch while supporting business performance and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing administration team
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, banking, and financial reporting
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, expenditure, and cost control initiatives
  • Ensure compliance across WHS, financial governance, audit, and business systems
  • Oversee asset management, fleet administration, and contractor compliance
  • Deliver accurate operational reporting and support business decision-making
  • Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer service

About You

You are a capable and confident leader with strong commercial acumen and a passion for operational excellence. You bring:

  • Proven experience in an Administration Manager or senior operational administration role
  • Strong financial administration skills, including AP/AR, budgeting, and reporting
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing teams
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with business systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement, and compliance
