About the role
We’re looking for a driven and people-focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a high-performing team of TA Consultants in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–3 years’ recruitment or coordination experience who enjoys building relationships, working with people, and keeping recruitment processes moving.
You’ll play a key role in candidate engagement, sourcing, and coordination across roles within the construction and mining sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Post and manage job advertisements on SEEK, LinkedIn and internal platforms
- Screen applications and support candidate shortlisting
- Build strong rapport with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct candidate outreach and headhunting/sourcing activities
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
- Support pre-employment checks (references, medicals, right to work, police checks)
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS
- Assist with onboarding and mobilisation activities
About you
- 2–3 years’ experience in recruitment coordination, resourcing or agency support
- Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly with candidates
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, reliable and team-oriented
- Experience using SEEK, LinkedIn and ATS systems preferred
