Join Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia as a Team Administrator supporting our Learning & Development team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. This role ensures smooth coordination of training logistics, accurate reporting, and exceptional stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute training materials and reports
- Coordinate team communications, events, and inquiries
- Manage scheduling, documentation, and support process improvements
- Act as a key contact for Learning and Development inquiries for both internal and external stakeholders
About You:
- Previous administration experience or similar role essential
- Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with learning platforms preferred
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Safety-conscious mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
