Join Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia as a Team Administrator supporting our Learning & Development team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. This role ensures smooth coordination of training logistics, accurate reporting, and exceptional stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute training materials and reports
  • Coordinate team communications, events, and inquiries
  • Manage scheduling, documentation, and support process improvements
  • Act as a key contact for Learning and Development inquiries for both internal and external stakeholders

About You:

  • Previous administration experience or similar role essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with learning platforms preferred
  • High attention to detail
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Safety-conscious mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
