  • Evaluating learning effectiveness and business impact, and quality-assuring content against standards, accessibility, copyright and brand requirements
  • Maintaining and applying design standards, templates and quality benchmarks across the team's output

About You

  • Demonstrated experience building capability frameworks and learning pathways
  • A track record of leading and influencing senior stakeholders to determine business and capability requirements
  • Skills in Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Totara LMS administration and rapid prototyping tools
  • Visual design and storyboarding skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, Synthesia) and the ability to write effective instructional copy and video scripts
  • A Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline (business, commerce, HR, education or similar)
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
  • Familiarity with blue-collar/trades audiences or a heavy machinery, construction, mining or industrial environment (highly regarded)
