Our Emerald branch provides industry-leading sales and support to customers across the region. Reporting to Service Manager, the Service Administrator, you will play a key role within the Service team, supporting the smooth delivery of operations. You’ll manage customer and subcontractor invoicing, raise and process purchase orders, and coordinate the lifecycle of work orders from creation through to completion and billing.

 

About the Opportunity

Due to growth of our business, we have an exciting opportunity for a Service Administrator to join our Emerald team supporting all service activities in the region.

As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Service Department, ensuring smooth and efficient administration
  • Process purchase orders and invoices while managing workflows in MS Dynamics
  • Provide payroll support, including timesheet and leave coordination via Kronos
  • Prepare and compile documentation for internal and external audits
  • Coordinate service contract administration, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing
  • Assist with a range of general service administration tasks to support team success
  • Maintain and update local databases to effectively track Work Orders

 

To be successful you will need:

  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a passion for working in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
  • Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and support
  • Highly developed administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in using CRM systems
