Opportunity 

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Storeperson to join our high-performing Parts team at our Kalgoorlie branch.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to both internal and external customers while ensuring the efficient supply and distribution of parts. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team within a globally recognised OEM, offering long-term career development and stability.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing prompt and professional parts service to internal and external customers
  • Interpreting customer enquiries and identifying opportunities to maximise parts sales
  • Picking, packing, receipting and dispatching parts accurately and efficiently
  • Sourcing parts from suppliers and distribution centres
  • Maintaining accurate computer records and stock holdings
  • Reporting stock discrepancies and damaged goods
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe parts warehouse
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure excellent service
  • Assisting with reasonable after-hours parts support and weekend work as required
  • Following company quality, environmental and workplace health and safety procedures

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a parts or stores environment, ideally within the earthmoving, mining or heavy equipment industry
  • Sound knowledge of earthmoving equipment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy, including experience with inventory systems and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive attitude with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A current Forklift Licence (essential)
  • A First Aid Certificate and/or completion (or part completion) of a relevant TAFE qualification will be highly regarded
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
