The Opportunity 
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Planner / Scheduler to join our Forrestdale team in a full-time, permanent role. Reporting to the Modularisation Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in turning strategy into execution. Being part of a team delivering accurate production schedules that support efficient resource utilisation, reliable delivery, and alignment with operational and customer needs. 
Your responsibilities:
- 
Lead the planning and scheduling of service departments to meet production and customer timelines in compliance with company Policy, Quality and Workplace Health & Safety requirements. 
- 
Manage work orders throughout the rebuild process, ensuring accuracy and timely closure for service invoicing. 
- 
Coordinate and schedule parts, subcontractor and suppliers, and internal resources to meet service and project staging deadlines. 
- 
Parts order management, BOM development and quote creation for the service teams. 
- 
Monitor progress and escalate risks to delivery schedules to relevant stakeholders, internal and external. 
- 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and align production plans with operational priorities and customer expectations. 
- 
Drive improvements in planning tools, systems, and reporting to enhance visibility and enable data-driven decision-making. 
- 
Advocate safety, quality, and environmental compliance across all planning activities. 
- 
Coach and develop your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. 
What You’ll Bring:
- 
Proven experience in planning and scheduling within a manufacturing or mining industry environment. 
- 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. 
- 
Experience managing competing priorities and delivering outcomes across multiple departments. 
- 
Exposure to mining and construction equipment in a planning capacity would be favourable. 
- 
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 
- 
Proficiency in MS Office and planning systems; MS Project, Dynamics 365 and advanced excel would be advantageous. 
-
