The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our Emerald warehouse. 
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead a dynamic team, ensuring timely and efficient supply of quality parts to both external customers and internal stakeholders. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining high service delivery standards, achieving sales targets, and fostering long-term customer relationships.
 
Reporting to the Parts Manager you will:
  • Support the Parts Manager in quality monitoring and performance management
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the warehouse team
  • Oversee the supply and distribution of quality parts, ensuring timely delivery to customers
  • Be responsible for the facilitation and oversight of proactive inventory integrity management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to exceed departmental targets
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives within your area of responsibility

  • Exhibit a proactive approach to problem resolution and meet customer expectations
  • Demonstrate resilience, professionalism, and enthusiasm to motivate your team
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with both external customers and internal stakeholders
  • Possess intermediate to advanced computer skills; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous
  • Have a good understanding of earthmoving, construction equipment, or a related industry
  • Demonstrated experience in warehousing and forklift operations
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous
