About the Opportunity
Due to growth of our business, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Representative - Mining to join our Mackay team supporting mines in the Bowen Basin.
As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include:
• Provide holistic OEM customer and technical support for our valued mining customers
• Manage an existing network of customers and source new customers to grow our business
• Promoting parts and service sales solutions to achieve company budgeted sales targets
• Working to a customer call cycle and actively building parts & service quotes tailored to customers’ needs
• Reporting of activity, prospects, sales opportunities and competitor activity
• Attendance at customer site meetings as required to resolve technical issues
• Provide fluent customer relationship management, and a positive customer experience
