About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑focused HR Administrator to support our Human Resources and Payroll team. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role providing broad exposure across recruitment administration, HR systems, reporting, and payroll coordination.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong administration experience who wants to grow their HR capability within a well‑established, supportive team and global organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting end‑to‑end recruitment administration, including job requisitions, offers, and system coordination
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Preparing and delivering HR reports, including turnover, leave, workforce and diversity data
  • Assisting with payroll processing, timekeeping queries, and system updates
  • Supporting compliance activities and reporting, including industry long service leave requirements
  • Coordinating onboarding, employee documentation, and general HR administration

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven administration experience (HR exposure highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment
  • Intermediate Excel skills and confidence working across HR and payroll systems
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, customer‑focused approach

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience with systems such as PageUp, ADP, Kronos, or similar HR/payroll platforms
  • Exposure to payroll processes or employment compliance
  • Certificate III/IV in Business, HR, or a related field
