The Opportunity

Are you eager to kick-start your career in customer service in a supportive, professional environment? We are on the lookout for a driven and customer-focused individual to join our National Contact Centre team in Revesby as a Customer Service Representative.

If you’re motivated, reliable and enjoy helping others, we’ll teach you the rest. Full training will be provided to ensure your success in the position.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering inbound calls and email enquiries in a professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Assisting with online enquiries via our web portal
  • Collaborate effectively with your team to meet daily goals and resolve customer queries
  • Accurately record customer information and interactions in company databases

About You:

  • Availability to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy skills and willingness to learn new systems
  • A proactive, helpful and positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service experience would be an advantage but is not essential
  • A desire to build a long-term career in a professional setting
