The Opportunity
HCA is seeking a Field Service Fitter or Heavy Diesel Mechanic for our Newcastle Branch. You’ll provide diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services to customers in the Newcastle, Maitland & Hunter NSW surrounding regions. This role is perfect for someone focused on quality service, proactive problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service outcomes.
About You – We want to hear from you if you possess the following qualities:

- Creative Problem Solver: Creative problem solver, improving efficiency, minimizing rework.
- Qualifications: Minimum Certificate III in Mobile Plant Mechanics or equivalent.
- Experience & Skillset: Experienced diesel mechanics, OEM, excavator diagnostics expertise are a plus.
- Customer Focus: Customer-focused, effective planning, quality outcomes.
