The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Leading Hand HD Fitters / Mobile Plant Mechanics to join our Perth team. Enjoy a flexible roster, job security, and real career growth while performing quality Maintenance, Machine relocations, Builds & Shuts across the State.
To be successful in this role, you will need
- Commitment to HCA’s strong safety culture — safety is the top priority.
- Recognised Australian mobile plant / Heavy duty trade qualification.
- Experience and sound knowledge of mining equipment.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in remote team environments.
- Current driver’s licence and police clearance.
- Previous field service exposure would be beneficial
- Previous Leading hand or Team leader experience would be beneficial
- Understand the importance of Workplace Health & Safety and be proactive in reducing hazards
- Have excellent diagnostic, problem-solving and technical skills
- Ability to work both in a team and autonomously
