Hitachi Construction Machinery is growing fast in the Eastern Region, and we’re looking for a skilled High Voltage Electrician to join our Gunnedah team.

You’ll be based at our Gunnedah Branch, but most of your time will be spent out in the field—working across multiple sites, supporting customer fleets, assisting with shutdowns, and keeping Hitachi machinery running at its best.

This is a permanent role with great work-life balance and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow through OEM training and development programs.

What you’ll be doing:

• Diagnosing and repairing electrical systems on a wide range of Hitachi machinery
• Working with technical support to deliver efficient solutions and improve products
• Completing all required documentation and reports
• Building strong relationships with customers and your team
• Looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes

What we’re looking for:

• A strong safety mindset—you lead by example
• Trade-qualified High Voltage Electrician
• Solid computer skills and ability to interpret technical data
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work across different sites and adapt to changing workloads
• A commitment to delivering top-notch service to customers and colleagues
