The Opportunity

We are currently on the lookout for a motivated, energetic and well‑presented Administration Assistant to join our Administrative Team at our Cavan branch. This is a permanent full‑time position offering variety, stability and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Maintaining training, tooling, equipment and facilities registers
  • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable support
  • Scanning, filing and document management
  • Assisting with WHS practices and compliance
  • Supporting branch‑level payroll tasks

About You

You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Bring a positive, “glass‑half‑full” attitude
  • Enjoy being part of a supportive team
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Are confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Can demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Have previous administration experience (advantageous but not essential — we’ll support the right person!)

Previous administration experience is welcomed but not essential—we are happy to provide training for the right candidate.
