About the Opportunity
Due to growth of our business, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Representative - Mining to join our Emerald team.
As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide holistic OEM customer and technical support for our valued mining customers
- Manage an existing network of customers and source new customers to grow our business
- Promoting parts and service sales solutions to achieve company budgeted sales targets
- Working to a customer call cycle and actively building parts & service quotes tailored to customers’ needs
- Reporting of activity, prospects, sales opportunities and competitor activity
- Attendance at customer site meetings as required to resolve technical issues
- Provide fluent customer relationship management, and a positive customer experience
To be successful you will need:
- Technical understanding of earth moving and construction equipment
- Demonstrated success in a similar role
- Be self-motivated and be able to build long term relationships
- Excellent administration, communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to travel as required within your region
- Tertiary Qualification in Mechanical or Electrical discipline would be preferred
