The Opportunity
Hitachi has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join the team in the position of Warranty and Service Administrator.
Based in our Perth Branch, you will ensure that all service / warranty paperwork is processed efficiently, accurately and timely.
Main responsibilities include:
- Open, manage and close warranty related work orders and claims.
- Assist with service department administration as required
- Compile information required for internal & external warranty audits
- Assessment and submission of warranty claims from the branch and customers
As the ideal candidate you will have:
- Previous experience in warranty and service administrative functions within the mining and construction industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel (experience in MS Dynamics is preferable but not essential)
- The ability to work overtime as required in peak periods to meet submission deadlines
- The ability to be adaptable and work in a fast paced environment
