Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) is a market leader in construction and mining equipment, with a strong national footprint and commitment to quality and innovation.

We’re seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver tailored, hands-on training for our Mining Excavator products. This role is ideal for individuals with technical expertise and a passion for training—whether you come from mining, construction, automotive, manufacturing, or another industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver face-to-face technical training across branches and customer sites
  • Develop and adapt training programs aligned with OEM systems and customer needs
  • Collaborate with teams to assess training needs for Fitters, Apprentices, and Support staff
  • Promote safety and uphold HCA’s safety standards

What You’ll Bring:

  • Mechanical trade or engineering qualifications (Cert IV TAE preferred)
  • Experience in training design and delivery
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Background in service, technical, or training environments—industry diversity welcomed
