Technical Support Specialist – Construction Equipment

Join a global leader in construction and mining equipment and play a key role supporting Hitachi’s premium range of construction excavators, wheel loaders, Bell ADT’s and motor graders.

We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist with strong diagnostic skills and industry experience to deliver high‑level technical support to internal teams and customers throughout the Sydney and Canberra regions located out of our growing Revesby Branch.

What you’ll do

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the range of Hitachi and Bell equipment
  • Communicate clearly with customers, service teams and internal stakeholders
  • Lead with safety and uphold HCA’s safety standards
  • Work with OEM and engineering teams on product improvement initiatives

What you’ll bring

  • Mechanical trade or engineering qualification
  • Experience in mining, civil, earthworks, or technical/product support
  • Strong communication and customer‑service focus
  • Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Hitachi and Bell equipment experience highly regarded
