Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) is seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Officer to lead and optimize our Parts Department operations. This is your chance to join a respected OEM with long-term job security and a strong safety culture.

The Role

As a Senior Warehouse Officer, you will:

  • Oversee warehouse operations, staff performance, and administrative controls.
  • Manage staff scheduling, payroll processing using Kronos (time and attendance system) and HR requirements.
  • Drive safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance with WHS, QA, and environmental policies.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and operational efficiency.
  • Manage inventory, binning systems, and space utilization.
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of warehouse personnel.
  • Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and ERP systems).
  • High motivation and customer service focus.
  • Knowledge of earthmoving equipment (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications such as First Aid, Cert IV Frontline Management, or Dangerous Goods by Air (advantageous).
