Our service operations team is looking for a Heavy Equipment Diesel Fitter to join our site team at Meandu Mine. This role focuses on all aspects of heavy diesel mechanics and mobile plant equipment fitting, supporting the EH5000 ultra-class truck fleet and Hitachi Excavator fleet.

 

• Conduct maintenance and repairs on heavy diesel and mobile plant equipment

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with minimal to zero rework

• Plan and execute work efficiently to ensure high-quality outcomes

• Support total customer satisfaction through reliable service

 

• Trade Qualifications: Minimum Certificate III in a Mechanical Engineering discipline

• Experience & Skillset: Demonstrated work experience and technical knowledge of heavy diesel mechanics and field service fitters, specifically in construction equipment

• Positive Attitude: A can-do approach to tasks and challenges

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to navigate complex technical issues in repair and maintenance services

• Autonomous Productivity: Initiative to plan work fronts efficiently and effectively
