The Role
This newly created role presents you with the opportunity to join our sales team in the position of Sales Coordinator for our range of construction equipment.
Reporting to the NSW Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating machine delivery schedules in collaboration with the Service and Sales teams.
- Prepare and present monthly delivery forecasts to management.
- Coordinating pre-delivery requirements, including machine inspections, NSW registration, transport and logistics.
- Liaising with suppliers and finance partners regarding attachments, machine funding and customer finance requirements.
- Reviewing and approving sales invoices, purchase orders and customer purchase orders.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, delivery performance and customer satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Coordinator role, within a Sales team, or in a process-driven role requiring adaptability and problem-solving.
- A flexible, solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to think laterally and develop practical workarounds to unforeseen issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Well-developed interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in relation to machine inspections.
- Proven ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A current and valid NSW Driver License.
