Due to continued business growth, an opportunity exist to join Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) as a Roster Coordinator in Gunnedah Branch.
As a Roster Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in managing workforce scheduling, maintenance planning, shutdown coordination, and operational logistics. Every day presents a new challenge, requiring strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and maintaining workforce rosters using ShiftPlanner
- Scheduling labour for maintenance activities, major shutdowns, emergency breakdowns, and ad hoc requirements
- Creating and managing work orders and purchase orders
- Coordinating tooling, equipment, and vehicle requirements
- Managing DIDO travel and workforce logistics
- Preparing labour allocation and shutdown reports
- Maintaining scheduling documentation and operational spreadsheets
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, field technicians, supervisors, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery
