The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our team.
This role is responsible for managing key customer relationships, driving business growth, overseeing commercial contracts and improving mining fleet performance. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will ensure HCA delivers exceptional service, operational efficiency and long-term customer value.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the customer and stakeholders.
- Manage customer contracts, tenders, renewals and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate technical support and resolution of equipment and fleet issues.
- Monitor fleet reliability, equipment availability and contractual KPIs.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate internal resources to meet customer expectations and contractual obligations.
- Promote workplace safety and environmental compliance.
About You
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
- Mechanical or electrical trade qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of large mining equipment.
- Management experience in the mining or construction industry.
- Proven experience managing large corporate accounts.
- Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in change management and continuous improvement.
- Maintenance management system experience (desirable).
