Opportunity
We’re seeking a Product Support Advisor to join our Kalgoorlie team working a 9/5 roster, floating across 3 sites. If you’re a personable professional with a passion for customer service and project delivery, this role is for you.

As the first point of contact, you’ll support major accounts, promote Hitachi’s service and parts, and help maintain strong customer relationships. Your communication skills, technical knowledge, and engaging personality will be key to delivering customer satisfaction.

About You
We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Strong safety commitment
• Technical knowledge in hydraulics, mechanical components, and electrical (Hitachi excavators)
• Project coordination experience, especially shutdown planning, providing the customer with monthly reports.
• Trade qualifications (Cert III Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Diesel, or High Voltage Electrical)
• Leadership skills and a drive for continuous improvement
• Professional communication skills and strong organisation
