The Opportunity
Hitachi is seeking a motivated and influential leader to join our team as Parts & Service Manager in Sydney. In this role, you will lead and manage all aspects of parts and service operations across the region, ensuring exceptional customer service while achieving safety, quality, and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with WHS, Environmental, and QA policies
- Promote a collaborative safety culture aligned with HCA values
- Manage department P&L, revenue, and efficiency targets
- Oversee accurate quoting, invoicing, and customer follow-up
- Lead recruitment, development, and performance management
- Build strong customer relationships and resolve complex issues
- Develop and implement strategies to drive parts & service growth
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement
About You
- Strong safety focus and WHS knowledge
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
- Experience managing after-sales parts & service operations
- Excellent negotiation, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to interpret technical data and plan maintenance schedules
- Intermediate MS Office skills
