The Opportunity

Hitachi is seeking a customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join the Brisbane team located in Wacol. This role involves coordinating and supplying quality parts to external customers and internal stakeholders while meeting sales targets and delivering high service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide parts to both external customers and internal teams
  • Identify, interpret, and source parts to meet customer needs
  • Process invoices and resolve discrepancies
  • Exceed sales targets by identifying new sales opportunities
  • Maintain records in MS Dynamics and handle customer inquiries
  • Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, or in-person

About You

To succeed, you will need:

  • Commitment to the HCA Safety Culture (safety first)
  • Positive attitude toward learning and growth
  • Mechanical knowledge and strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and earthmoving equipment is highly advantageous but not essential
