The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Muswellbrook team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the key link between HCA and our valued customers, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll also promote Hitachi parts and service solutions while building strong relationships across all levels.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and drive HCA’s safety-first culture
  • Planning & coordination of maintenance and warranty tasks
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and deliver exceptional customer support
  • Provide accurate reporting and technical expertise
  • Identify proactive solutions to meet customer expectations

What We’re Looking For

  • Trade qualifications and proven Project Management/ Supervisory experience
  • Background in mobile equipment projects within mining
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
  • Commitment to safety and quality assurance
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel and related MS Suite applications.
