The Opportunity

With strong growth in our service department, our Perth branch has an exciting opportunity for a newly appointed Field Service Fitter to join the team. The key responsibility for this role is to provide quality customer outcomes through diagnostic, maintenance, and repairs on our beloved Hitachi earthmoving equipment including major shutdowns and new equipment builds for mining assets.

  • Creative problem solver - Identifies every opportunity for continuous improvement, navigating complex technical issues and fault finding diagnostics with minimal to zero rework
  • Qualifications - Minimum Certificate III in a Mechanical Engineering discipline, Heavy Rigid drivers licence would be highly regarded.
  • Experience & Skillset - Heavy Diesel mechanics and field service fitters with demonstrated OEM equipment experience – BELL Equipment specific diagnosis is highly beneficial
  • Customer Focus - Initiative to plan work fronts efficiently and effectively, understanding customer needs and delivering quality outcomes to ensure Total Customer Satisfaction
