About the Role
We’re looking for a Contract Specialist to join our Service team at our Parramatta head office. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing contract estimates, equipment lifecycle costs, and contract profitability. You will also provide critical support to the business by identifying commercial, safety, and legal risks through contract review, drafting, and advisory services, as well as managing and implementing finalized agreements. Additionally, you will oversee contract management processes for after sales , including applying clauses related to rise and fall adjustments and managing KPIs to ensure compliance and performance throughout the contract lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage After Sales Agreements
  • Review and draft contracts to identify and mitigate commercial and legal risks
  • Prepare comprehensive scopes of work to minimize risk
  • Provide high-quality analysis and guidance on contract issues
  • Maintain a portfolio of contracts and ensure compliance throughout their lifecycle
  • Apply and manage contractual clauses related to rise and fall adjustments and oversee KPI management to ensure performance and compliance

About You

  • 1–2 years’ experience working with contracts and strong drafting skills
  • Ability to analyze commercial risks and profitability
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver accurate work under deadlines
  • Experience in drafting key commercial clauses
