The Opportunity

We are currently on the lookout for a motivated, energetic and well presented Administration Assistant to join our Administrative Team at our Townsville branch. This is a 12 month full time fixed term opportunity offering variety, stability and a supportive team environment.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Maintaining training, tooling, equipment and facilities registers
  • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable support
  • Scanning, filing and document management
  • Assisting with WHS practices and compliance

 

About You

You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Take initiative and can work autonomously
  • Enjoy being part of a supportive team
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Are confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Can demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Have previous administration experience (highly advantageous)
