The Role
We’re seeking a highly organised Sales Coordinator to join our NSW team in Revesby. This newly created role is central to our sales operations, ensuring smooth coordination of machine builds, deliveries and customer commitments.
Reporting to the NSW Sales Manager, you’ll work closely with Sales, Service, and external partners to keep processes running efficiently and deliver a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating machine delivery schedules in collaboration with the Service and Sales teams
- Preparing monthly delivery forecasts and supporting reporting
- Managing pre-delivery requirements (inspections, registration, logistics)
- Liaising with suppliers and finance partners regarding attachments, machine funding and customer finance requirements.
- Reviewing and approving sales invoices, purchase orders and customer purchase orders.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, delivery performance and customer satisfaction
About You
You’re a proactive coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in getting the details right.
You will bring:
- Experience in a similar coordination or sales support role
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- A solutions-focused, adaptable approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel essential)
- Industry experience (construction, automotive or similar) highly regarded
- A current NSW Driver Licence
