Opportunity
An opportunity for a motivated and customer focused Parts Interpreter / Store Person has become available in our Kalgoorlie Branch.
Reporting to the Branch Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Providing service to external and internal customers for parts
- Interpreting customer’s request
- Identifying and supplying parts to meet customers request
- Assisting in the warehouse
- Picking and packing parts
- Sourcing parts as required
- Initiating invoices for parts
- Updating and maintain computer records
- Resolving invoice and purchase order discrepancies
While an understanding of earthmoving/construction equipment would be a distinct advantage, to be successful you will need:
- Previous experience in a Parts environment
- A developed mechanical understanding
- High level of computer literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Forklift license (High Risk) not essential but preferable
- Excellent time management
- A keen eye for detail
You will be an excellent communicator, team player, demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm and motivation in your work and have a focus on providing quality customer service.
