About the Role
We’re seeking a Learning and Leadership Consultant to design and deliver programs that strengthen leadership capability and drive non-technical workforce development. You’ll partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs, create structured pathways, and ensure alignment with business objectives and talent strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership Capability Development: Develop and implement an organisation-wide leadership capability strategy. Design and facilitate leadership programs, workshops, and coaching sessions. Create structured pathways and resources for leaders at all levels.
- Non-Technical Capability Development: Design and deliver programs for customer service, sales, communication, coaching, problem-solving, and business systems capability. Build structured learning pathways using blended methodologies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning priorities. Provide expert advice on learning methodologies and best practices. Manage vendor relationships and external partnerships.
- Governance, Systems & Reporting: Monitor learning metrics, evaluate program effectiveness, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Maintain version control and consistency in learning materials. Manage budgets and contracts.
- Innovation: Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation in learning delivery. Apply innovative methodologies and stay current with industry trends.
About You
- Experience in Learning & Development with a focus on leadership and capability programs
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to design and implement blended learning solutions
- Knowledge of leadership frameworks and capability models
- Proficient in MS Office and learning technologies
