The Opportunity

We are seeking a Workshop Supervisor to join our expanding Gunnedah branch. Reporting to the Service Coordinator, you will lead workshop operations, ensure safety, efficiency, and high‑quality service delivery while meeting customer and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Promoting a strong safety‑first culture and WHS compliance
• Planning and managing workshop schedules, labour, and resources
• Leading and motivating a team of tradespeople to OEM standards
• Coordinating labour and parts for timely shutdown and repair work
• Driving continuous improvement using Six Sigma principles

About You

• Mechanical or electrical trade qualifications with S1, S2, S3
• Previous supervisory experience and strong leadership skills
• A solid understanding of WHS principles
• Earthmoving equipment maintenance experience (Hitachi desirable)
• Strong time management, initiative, and intermediate MS Office skills
