The Opportunity
With consistent growth in our Perth Mining Assembly department, we are on the lookout for a quality focused Boilermaker to join our Forrestdale based workshop team on a 7/7 roster. This hands-on role is responsible for performing boiler making and welding repairs on a range of construction and mining equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform fabrication, repair, and maintenance work on a variety of construction and mining equipment
- Design and fabricate local options and attachments for earthmoving machinery
- Interpret and work from technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
To be successful in this role you will:
- Hold relevant Australian (or Australian recognised) Engineering Fabrication (Boilermaking) trade qualifications
- Ensure the HCA Safety Culture is embraced, displayed and driven from within - safety takes priority over everything else
- Hold a current driver’s licence
- High Risk Work licences (forklift, dogging, working at heights, etc.) are desirable
