Apprenticeship & Workforce Development Coordinator

About the Role
We’re looking for an Apprenticeship & Workforce Development Coordinator to join our Shared Services team. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of coordination and support for apprentices, trainees, and graduates across HCA/HCMO. You’ll manage end-to-end program delivery—from recruitment through to completion—ensuring compliance, engagement, and successful capability development.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for apprentices, trainees, and graduates.
  • Manage program administration, contracts, and progression documentation.
  • Organise and deliver internal training sessions, workshops, and compliance modules.
  • Support engagement and performance through regular check-ins and action plans.
  • Prepare reporting packs and dashboards on attendance, progress, and outcomes.
  • Coordinate events such as inductions, workshops, and graduations.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in workforce development, training coordination, or similar roles.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to build positive stakeholder relationships and drive engagement.
