The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Branch Administrator to join our team in Revesby on a full-time basis.
This is a varied, fast-paced role that will see you become a key part of our branch operations. Reporting to the Admin Manager, you will be the first point of contact for customers, contractors, and visitors while providing essential administrative support across the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Reception duties, including managing visitors, calls, and enquiries
- General administrative support across the branch
- Coordinating meeting rooms, office facilities, and branch activities
- Maintaining training records, contractor inductions, and compliance documentation
- Assisting with WHS reporting, audits, inspections, and monthly reporting requirements
- Managing site maintenance bookings, uniform and branch supplies orders
- Supporting accounts payable, vendor setup, and pre-employment medical bookings
- Maintaining customer site induction records for field service employees
- Assisting with a range of branch administration projects and activities
About You
To be successful you will need:
- A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and be part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience with Dynamics 365 is advantageous but not essential
