The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Parts & Service Manager to join our team based in Toowoomba. Reporting to the Branch Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of parts and service operations across Toowoomba and the Western Downs region.
This is a key leadership role where you will drive team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational outcomes while ensuring safety, quality and financial targets are achieved.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing parts and service operations across the region
- Driving a strong safety culture in line with WHS, Environmental and QA standards
- Managing department profit and loss, including revenue, expenses and gross profit targets
- Monitoring team utilisation, efficiency and productivity to achieve operational targets
- Overseeing accurate and timely quoting, invoicing and job processes
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Recruiting, developing and managing team performance
About You
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Demonstrated commitment to safety with a strong understanding of WHS principles
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to engage and develop teams
- Experience managing parts and service operations, ideally within a similar industry
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex issues
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to interpret technical information and data
- Understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills
