Opportunity

An opportunity for a motivated and customer focused Parts Interpreter has become available in our Darwin Branch. 

Reporting to the Parts Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Providing service to external and internal customers for parts
  • Interpreting customer’s request
  • Identifying and supplying parts to meet customers request
  • Sourcing parts as required
  • Initiating invoices for parts
  • Updating and maintain computer records
  • Resolving invoice and purchase order discrepancies

While an understanding of earthmoving/construction equipment would be a distinct advantage, to be successful you will need:

  • Previous experience in a Parts environment
  • A developed mechanical understanding
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Forklift license ( High Risk ) not essential but preferable 
  • Excellent time management
  • A keen eye for detail

You will be an excellent communicator, team player, demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm and motivation in your work and have a focus on providing quality customer service.
