About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and mechanically minded individual to join the team in the position of a Product Support Coordinator for our new Bluff coal venture.

In this position, you will be actively representing the Hitachi brand within customer operations, promoting our service labour and components and creatively finding new ways of achieving success. We are looking for a personable professional with an advanced ability to navigate complex issues and identify continuous improvement opportunities in the reliability of our site fleet.

  • Personable and Professional Communication Skills – above all else, your personality and charismatic character will be what sets you apart from the rest when dealing with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer success stories
