Position Details:

Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) is a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment. With a solid network of branches nationally, we service a multitude of customers, including mining, construction, quarry and forestry with our world class, quality OEM equipment and dedicated after sales and support services. 

HCA's Revesby branch has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join the team in the position of an Administration Assistant. This role will have you providing end to end administrative support for the branch and will be best suited for someone who enjoys systematic attention to detailed work.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience – Demonstrated experience in a similar position in an all rounder office support role. Previous work history in an Accounts Receivable position and Heavy Industrial environment will be highly regarded
  • Qualifications – Certificate IV in Accounting or Certificate III in Accounts Administration would be advantageous but are not essential.
  • Skillset – Advanced computer literacy including the use of Excel and Fleetwave Management System would be highly beneficial
  • Autonomous productivity – Initiative to reconcile accounts and coordinate comprehensive office support efficiently and effectively.
